Lenovo 'Mobile' Monitor Review

The new Lenovo ThinkVision wide mobile monitor is designed for "road warriors" who need a durable mobile monitor to go alongside their ultrabook or notebook. According to our review, the LT1421 Wide Mobile Monitor is just that. It has a 14-inch LCD display with a 16:9 aspect ratio, 1366x768 resolution, and has an approximate contrast ratio of 400:1. New Group to Spark Innovation in Software Apps?

A new software alliance has been created - the ADA, or Application Developers Alliance. The group's purpose is to create an open forum for innovative software and to promote performance by providing "collaboration, education, cloud hosting, and other services." As of the second day of International CES, over 600 software developers have joined the alliance in hopes of bettering the vision of the ADA.

Want a Notebook with High-End 3D Graphics?

Eurocom, a company known for selling notebooks that are fully upgradable, announced that a number of the company's notebooks can now be equipped with high-end 3D graphics. The cards in question are NVIDIA's Quadro Quad GPUs and they offer a quad-buffering 3D experience. In short, that means the 3D tech comes at you four times as fast.
