What a year 2013 turned out to be. We saw all-new PC form factors, interesting innovations in mobile hardware, and an explosion of gadgets in the home tech and entertainment spaces. And after testing, beating on, and writing about hundreds of products, the editors at PCWorld and TechHive have carefully compiled a list of our 50 favorites.

HP kicked off its HP Discover conference in Barcelona this morning with announcements of a number of new business computers in its Elite portfolio, including two notebooks, two compact desktops, and a 23-inch touchscreen display. We got some early hands-on time with the new products at an embargoed press event in San Francisco last week.

You're too busy to take a call but it's the boss, a client, or some other person you don't want feeling ignored. CallSnap is an Android app that lets you decline the call and text them an audio file, photo of what you're doing, or a cartoon image to let a caller know you're not blowing them off.
