Both are high-end Windows 10 tablets with a kickstand, active stylus, and an extremely similar keyboard. In fact, both are indistinguishable at a glance. Nevertheless, Lenovo actually did one better than build an outright Surface clone. It melded the best parts of the Surface with some of its iconic ThinkPad features to create a more business-focused 2-in-1.
