The Samsung Galaxy S4 Features are Sexy, But are they Useful?

Hundreds packed New York's famous Radio City Music Hall for the latest Samsung Unpacked event, all itching for a glimpse of the next best Android smartphone, the Samsung Galaxy S4. Samsung did not disappoint, as it revealed its latest and greatest with Broadway flare, complete with actors, an orchestra, and show-inspired skits.

There's no doubt the Samsung Galaxy S4 will be a quality device, as the TechnologyGuide team gleaned from hands-on time at the event, complete with fun new features like gesture controls and instant language translation. Still, one has to wonder if it's all a bit too gimmicky. In creating a feature-rich phone, did Samsung forget to make any useful or meaningful improvements from the S4's predecessor, the Samsung Galaxy S3?
